Ralph Klein's at it again. On the campaign trail on Wednesday, the Alberta Primier told a Calgary crowd about his being petitioned for more money for programs for the severely disabled. According to Klein, two female recipients of the program 'yipped' at him to increase the maximum stipend available to citizens, which haven't been increased since 1999. Playing to the crowd, Klein replied: "They didn't look severely handicapped to me; I'll tell you that for sure. Both had cigarettes dangling from their mouths, and cowboy hats."
Just let me get this straight: in Alberta, wearing a cowboy hat is proof that you don't have brain damage?
